Savrr Inc. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (“App”), website (“Website”), or engage with any of our services collectively, the "Services").

Important: Savrr is a financial wellness tool. We do not move, hold, or store your money. All displays within Savrr are simulations of your financial progress. We are not a bank, lender, or investment advisor.

We collect the following categories of data, in accordance with Apple and Google’s transparency and disclosure policies:
Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, account credentials, profile photo, or other identifiers you provide.
Financial Information: Read-only account balances and transaction history, retrieved securely through Plaid Inc., solely to visualize your savings progress. Savrr never receives or stores your bank login credentials. Plaid’s use of your data is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
Usage and Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system, language, app usage statistics, crash logs, and performance data.
Identifiers: Unique identifiers used for analytics and diagnostics only. We do not use these identifiers for advertising or tracking for third-party marketing.
App Activity: Progress toward savings goals, reactions, and comments — tied only to your account.
Data Minimization: We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our Services.
Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website uses essential cookies and limited analytics cookies to understand traffic and improve performance. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies if preferred.

Your Privacy Rights (United States)
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate information;
Receive information about how your data is used or shared.

Children’s Privacy
Savrr is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as needed:
App usage and diagnostic logs: retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
User account data: retained while your account is active or as needed for customer support.
Financial connections (via Plaid): deleted or disconnected within 24 hours after a user removes or revokes access.
Legal and transaction records: retained up to 3 years for compliance and auditing purposes.
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including:
TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption for data in transit;
AES-256 encryption for data at rest;
Role-based access controls and authentication for all employees and contractors;
Continuous monitoring through AppSignal and Sentry; and
Regular audits of access permissions and vendor integrations.
While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure.
Vendor Oversight and Accountability
Savrr reviews all vendors that handle user data on an annual basis to ensure compliance with our privacy and security standards. Vendors must sign agreements that require them to protect data, notify us of incidents, and delete data when services end.
