These Terms of Service apply to users located in Europe and United Kingdom. If you are located outside these regions, please refer to the applicable Terms of Service for United States residents, users located in Canada, or Rest of the World, as applicable.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the applicable Savrr entity based on your location, governing your use of the Savrr application and services.
Depending on your location, your agreement is with the following entity:
• If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, your agreement is with Savrr Ireland Ltd.
• If you are located in the United Kingdom, your agreement is with Savrr Global Ltd.
The applicable Savrr entity will be responsible for providing the Services to you and for fulfilling all obligations under these Terms.
1. Definitions
“Savrr,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the applicable Savrr entity based on your location, as described above.
“Services” means the Savrr mobile app, website, and related services.
“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom who registers for or uses the Services.
“Third-Party Services” include Plaid, Apple App Store, Google Play, and any other integrated providers.
2. Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 16 years old to use Savrr.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Use of Services
You may only use Savrr for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Services (including attempting to reverse engineer or hack).
You must comply with all applicable laws and financial regulations.
4. Financial Wellness Only; No Financial Advice
Savrr is a financial wellness and savings motivation tool. The Services are provided for informational, educational, and personal organization purposes only. Savrr does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, banking, credit, or fiduciary advice.
Any savings goals, progress displays, insights, tips, reminders, projections, or similar features are provided to help you visualize and stay motivated toward your own goals. They are not recommendations, guarantees, or professional advice. You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.
5. Savings Goals, Simulations, and No Guarantees
Savrr may display savings goals, estimated progress, behavioral insights, or simulations based on information you provide or connect through third-party services. These displays are estimates and visual tools only.
Savrr does not guarantee that you will save any particular amount, reach any financial goal, improve your financial condition, or achieve any specific outcome from using the Services.
6. AI Generated Tips and Content
Savrr may use artificial intelligence or automated tools to generate or support general financial education content, including daily tips. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not suitable for your personal circumstances.
AI-generated tips are for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. You should use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
Savrr owns all rights in its trademarks, logos, software, and brand assets.
Users retain ownership of their content but grant Savrr a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
8. User Content and Your Circle
Savrr may allow you to create savings goals, invite people into your Circle, react to content, comment, or otherwise share information through the Services. You are responsible for any content or information you choose to share.
You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, invasive of another person’s privacy, or otherwise harmful. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other action if we believe a user has violated these Terms or created risk for Savrr, other users, or the Services.
Circle features are intended for motivation and accountability only. Circle participation does not create a joint account, shared financial account, partnership, fiduciary relationship, or financial obligation between users.
9. Third-Party Services & Disclaimers
Savrr integrates with Plaid to provide financial data aggregation.
Savrr is not a bank, does not hold deposits, and does not move money.
Use of app stores (Apple, Google) is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Savrr is not responsible for downtime, errors, or breaches caused by Third-Party Services.
10. App Store Terms
If you download the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your use of the App is also subject to the applicable app store terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing maintenance, support, or warranties for the Services, and they are not responsible for any claims relating to your use of the Services, except as required by applicable law.
11. Subscriptions & Payments
Savrr may offer a free trial followed by a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal periods, cancellation options, and refund eligibility may be displayed in the App, on our website, or through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If you purchase a subscription through Apple or Google, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store’s terms and policies. Savrr does not control app store billing decisions.
Prices may include or be subject to applicable VAT, digital services taxes, or other taxes depending on your location and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription pricing, tax treatment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights may vary depending on your country of residence and the applicable app store policies.
Unless canceled before the end of the trial or then-current billing period, your subscription may automatically renew. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through the applicable app store settings.
If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is resolved.
Where applicable, you may have a legal right to cancel certain digital services within a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period. However, where you request immediate access to digital content or services, or where the service begins during the withdrawal period, your cancellation and refund rights may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and app store policies.
12. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using Savrr at any time, subject to subscription terms.
Upon termination, certain rights and obligations will survive (including IP, disclaimers, indemnification, and arbitration).
Termination of your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription purchased through an app store. You are responsible for canceling subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savrr and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Disclaimers
Savrr provides the Services “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savrr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability in any case will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid to Savrr in the 12 months preceding the claim.
16. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or restricts any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to digital services, unfair contract terms, cancellations, refunds, defective services, or statutory remedies.
If any part of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, those mandatory laws will prevail.
17. Dispute Resolution
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@savrrapp.com so we can try to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may bring a claim before the courts or other dispute resolution bodies available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim before a competent court, consumer protection authority, regulator, or other body where you have a legal right to do so.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
If you are located in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
If you are located in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under UK law.
You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where applicable law gives you that right.
19. Force Majeure
Savrr will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, or government actions.
20. Severability & Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.
21. Changes to Terms
Savrr may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify users of material changes via email or app notification.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
