Who Can Use Savrr

• Be at least 16 years old.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

• Register using accurate and current information.

• Use Savrr only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

  
  

Account Registration & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree not to impersonate others or use another user’s account.

• If you connect a bank account via Plaid, you authorize Savrr to access read-only information, such as account balances and transactions.

• Savrr never accesses, moves, or holds your actual funds.

  
  

How Savrr Works (Functionally)

• Savrr helps users set money goals and track their progress.

• Users can create their Circle and invite trusted friends to privately share motivation.

• Shared data includes progress, badges, and goals—never account balances or goal amounts.

• By default, Savrr visualizes savings progress based on your connected bank activity. You may opt out of certain sharing and visibility settings in the app.

  
  

License & Restrictions

• We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Savrr. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the app.

• Use Savrr for commercial purposes without consent.

• Share, resell, or exploit any portion of the app or its data.

  
  

User Content

• If you submit, post, or share content (e.g. comments, goal names, reactions), you:

• Retain ownership of your content.

• Grant Savrr a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for app functionality and improvements.

• Agree not to submit anything illegal, harmful, or misleading.

  
  

Privacy & Data Use

• Your privacy matters. Please refer to our Privacy Policy (https://savrrapp.com/privacy) for how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• We never sell your personal or financial data.

• We use Plaid only to retrieve authorized financial data.

• You can request data deletion at any time.

  
  

Subscription & Payment Terms

• Savrr offers a 60-day free trial, after which a monthly subscription fee applies.

• Prices and payment terms are disclosed in-app.

• All purchases are final unless required by law.

  
  

Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.

• We detect fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized behavior.

• You may delete your account at any time via the Settings menu. We may retain data for audit and legal compliance.

  
  

Disclaimer of Warranties

• Savrr is provided “as is” and “as available”.

• We do not guarantee:

• - 100% uptime or error-free performance.

• - That savings goals will be achieved.

• - Accuracy of third-party financial data.

• Use of Savrr is at your own risk.

  
  

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savrr shall not be liable for:

• - Loss of savings or investment returns.

• - Indirect or consequential damages.

• - Damages exceeding the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months.

  
  

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court, except for qualifying small claims.

Changes to Terms
